Mission Viejo

Mission Viejo is known for its picturesque neighborhoods and scenic landscapes. The city is located in the Saddleback Valley and is home to over 90,000 residents. Mission Viejo is built on the western 11,000 acres of the 53,000-acre Rancho Mission Viejo, which dates back to the King of Spain. Mission Viejo is one of the largest master planned communities in the United States and boasts several neighborhoods, each with its own distinct character and charm. Lake Mission Viejo is a private lake facility located in the northern part of the city that is a focal point for much of the real estate located within the City.

Real Estate:

The real estate on Balboa Peninsula is mainly single-family homes. Many homes on the Peninsula are built as or zoned for duplexes. It is also one of the few places in Newport Beach where short-term lodging is permitted. Many of the homes are oceanfront or bayfront properties, and all of the homes are within close walking or biking distance to the sand or the harbor.
